No. Polish citizenship and EU long-term residence typically require Polish at B1 (Państwowy Certyfikat or other listed proofs). A2 is a real exam level on certyfikatpolski.pl but is not the usual citizenship threshold. Rules change — verify with certyfikatpolski.pl and your voivodeship office before applying.
