Prep2Go offers a free tier — 5 exercises per section, AI writing feedback on 5 tasks, and mock previews on exam landing pages — so you can evaluate the platform before paying. No card required.

Prep2Go Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase (not a subscription). Anki decks and mock report packs are also one-time digital products. After checkout, you get immediate access. There is no recurring billing to cancel.

Refunds

Prep2Go Pro (lifetime), mock packs, and Anki decks: digital goods are non-refundable after checkout completes. Use the free tier, mock previews, and shop sample cards to evaluate before paying.
Billing errors (duplicate charge, technical issue): contact support for manual review

Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, technical failure), use our billing request form or email support@prep2go.study. We review these case-by-case. Submitting the form does not guarantee a refund. Changing your mind or not passing an exam is not grounds for a refund under this policy.

Exam Postponed? Freeze Instead.

If your exam date changed or was cancelled, you don't need a refund — you need a freeze.

Email support@prep2go.study with your new exam date and we'll pause your access immediately. Your progress, plan, and data will be waiting when you're ready.
