Our Philosophy
Prep2Go offers a free tier — 5 exercises per section, AI writing feedback on 5 tasks, and a partial mock test result — so you can evaluate the platform before subscribing. No card required.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed when you complete checkout — there is no free trial period on paid plans. Use the free tier to evaluate Prep2Go before subscribing. After payment, you get immediate full access. Cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal; access stays active through the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations
- Cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy account — no fees, no lock-in
- After cancellation, access stays active until the end of the current billing period
- Monthly: cancellation takes effect at the next billing date
- Annual: cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the year end
Refunds
- Subscriptions (monthly and annual): payments are non-refundable once checkout completes. Use the free tier to evaluate before subscribing. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Anki deck purchases are digital goods and non-refundable after download
- Billing errors (duplicate charge, technical issue): contact support for manual review
Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, technical failure), use our billing request form or email support@prep2go.study. We review these case-by-case. Submitting the form does not guarantee a refund. Changing your mind or not passing an exam is not grounds for a subscription refund under this policy.
Exam Postponed? Freeze Instead.
If your exam date changed or was cancelled, you don't need a refund — you need a freeze.
Email support@prep2go.study with your new exam date and we'll pause your access immediately. Your progress, plan, and data will be waiting when you're ready.

We invest significant resources into AI scoring, exam content, and platform development. The free tier gives everyone a no-risk way to experience the platform before paying.
