We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee because we believe in this platform. We also believe that results require effort — which is why our refund policy is designed for candidates who genuinely tried and still didn't get value.

If you completed the trial, followed the study plan, and still feel the platform failed you — we'll refund you. No drama.

Who Qualifies for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:

  • You are within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • You completed the onboarding and set your exam date
  • You completed at least 5 study sessions as scheduled in your plan
  • You contacted us via the refund request form (not email, not chat)

If you have not used the platform after purchasing, you are not eligible for a refund — the 7-day free trial was provided precisely so you could evaluate the product before paying.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
  • Accounts with fewer than 5 completed sessions
  • Cases where the 7-day free trial was used and the platform was evaluated before purchase
  • Requests submitted without completing the refund request form
  • Change of mind unrelated to platform performance

Exam Postponed? Freeze Instead.

If your exam date changed or was cancelled, you don't need a refund — you need a freeze.

This is faster than a refund and keeps your preparation intact.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are processed through our form only. This allows us to review your account activity and — in many cases — identify what went wrong and offer a solution.

  2. Our team reviews your account activity within 3–5 business days
  3. We may reach out to understand what happened and offer an alternative
  4. If a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
