Javier: Sí, sí, soy yo. Un momento, que estoy abriendo una ventana… Ya está. ¿Qué quiere saber?
Lena: En el anuncio pone setecientos euros al mes. ¿Es correcto?
Javier: Bueno, el precio ahora es setecientos cincuenta, pero los gastos de comunidad están incluidos.
Lena: Ah, entiendo. ¿Y la luz y el internet también están incluidos?
Javier: No, la luz y el internet no están incluidos. Eso lo paga usted aparte.
Lena: Vale. ¿En qué planta está el piso?
Javier: Está en el cuarto piso. No hay ascensor, pero las vistas son muy bonitas.
Lena: ¿Cuarto sin ascensor? Bueno… ¿Puedo verlo esta semana?
Javier: Claro. ¿Le va bien el viernes a las seis?
Lena: El viernes a las seis, perfecto para mí.
Javier: Espere, espere. Mejor a las siete. Tengo una cosa antes.
