Format, the 72/120 written mark, the 22/40 oral, and the one-year carry-over are on the CELI 2 page.
Quick Answer
CVCL’s regolamento (sections 2.2 and 3.2 for written-room conduct and oral flow) requires valid identification before the written part and again before the oral. Arrive when the centre tells you to. Phones, computers, dictionaries, books, tablets and paper aids are handed to invigilators. Seating keeps candidates at least 1.25 metres apart. Check the spelling on the identification sheet — errors copy onto the certificate. For CELI 2, oral materials (role-play and image prompts) arrive about 12 minutes before the oral; the oral lasts 10–12 minutes and must not exceed that window. The examining commission does not disclose your mark in the room. CELI 2 i cittadinanza uses its own oral vademecum — read the official PDF rather than guessing task wording.
Written block and listening
Skills are packaged as a 2-hour reading and writing booklet plus a 20-minute listening paper — the centre may schedule the oral on another day; treat their timetable as authoritative. Follow invigilator instructions on answer sheets; serious irregularities can trigger extra checks that extend results timelines.
Oral block
Prep window (~12 minutes) is for the materials you receive, not small talk. Stay inside the 10–12-minute ceiling the regolamento gives for the CELI 2 oral production; if your centre runs late administratively, that is their logistics — your production window still follows the rule text.
Final-week checklist
For a tight last-week timeline, follow your CELI 2 exam-day countdown — same centre rules, compressed into a week-by-week prep rhythm.
