Staatsexamen NT2 is not the same product as the four Inburgering A2 language exams. NT2 Programme I targets B1 (mbo levels 3–4 work or study), Programme II targets B2 (hbo or university), and you do not have to pass Programme I before Programme II. Inburgering A2 booking sits in Mijn Inburgering; NT2 registration goes through Mijn DUO, about eight weeks before the exam date, with background on DUO — how NT2 works and staatsexamensnt2.nl. NT2 diploma dispatch (DUO text on the integration diploma page)
DUO notes on its integration diploma page that when you have passed all four NT2 parts and the last exam was after 1 January 2021, the diploma is sent by registered mail within four weeks. That sentence applies to the NT2 diploma process — do not read it as the A2 letter timeline. A2 language and knowledge results follow DUO results instead.
