Daniel: Bom dia. Desculpe, vi um aviso aqui no elevador. Está avariado?

Pedro: Bom dia. Sim, está avariado desde ontem à noite. Problema no motor.

Daniel: Ah, não. E quando é que fica pronto?

Pedro: A peça chega na quarta-feira. A reparação é na quinta-feira, das nove às doze.

Daniel: Então a peça chega quarta, e a reparação é quinta de manhã?

Pedro: Exatamente. Quinta-feira, das nove às doze da manhã. Não falta muito.

Daniel: Ok, percebo. E as escadas... são as do fundo do corredor?

Pedro: São, sim. Porta verde, não pode errar. Até quinta use as escadas, se faz favor.

Daniel: Tenho uma entrega grande esta semana. Uma estante. Deixo aqui no hall?

Pedro: Não, não. Entregas grandes vão para a garagem. Fala com a Dona Fernanda, ela trata disso.

Daniel: A Dona Fernanda... ela é a senhoria do edifício?

Pedro: É, sim. Fica no rés-do-chão, porta dois. Muito simpática, não se preocupe.

Daniel: Ótimo. Ah, e há barulho durante a reparação? Tenho trabalho em casa.

Pedro: Há algum barulho, sim. Mas não fazemos trabalho barulhento depois das vinte horas, descanse.

Daniel: Depois das vinte horas, nada de barulho. Isso é bom saber.

Pedro: Nada de barulho forte depois das vinte horas, garantido. Qualquer dúvida, estou aqui.

Daniel: Muito obrigado, Pedro. Vou subir pelas escadas então. Quatro andares... bom exercício.
