Three phrases to steal for your exam

I have a package to collect.
Há uma taxa de tratamento alfandegário.
There is a customs handling fee.
Ao sábado é só até às treze.
On Saturdays it is only until one o'clock.
Exam tip
When you hear a counter or room number announced and then corrected, write down both — the CIPLE question almost always asks for the final, corrected number, not the first one called.
Full transcript (open after the quiz)
Filipa: Senha C12, balcão três, por favor.
Daniel: Olá, bom dia. Tenho uma encomenda para levantar. Recebi um aviso por SMS.
Filipa: Ah, encomenda internacional?
Daniel: Ah, desculpe. Balcão cinco, certo?
Filipa: Sim, sim. Pode ir já. Não há fila agora.
Daniel: Obrigado.
Filipa: Boa tarde — ah, bom dia!
Filipa: Sempre! Aqui tem a sua encomenda. Tem de assinar aqui, por favor.
Daniel: Claro. Muito obrigado pela ajuda.
Filipa: De nada. Bom fim de semana!
