Refund Policy

Our Philosophy

Prep2Go is built for people who are serious about passing their exam. We offer a 7-day free trial with full access and no card required — that is your risk-free evaluation period.

If you purchase a plan after the trial and genuinely use the platform but feel it did not deliver value, we offer a conditional refund within 14 days. We verify your account activity before processing any refund.

Refund Eligibility — All Conditions Must Be Met

• Your request is within 14 days of your purchase date
• You completed onboarding and set your exam date
• You completed at least 14 study sessions as scheduled in your Learning Path
• You completed at least 1 full mock test (not abandoned mid-test)
• You submitted your request via the refund request form (not email or chat)

We review your actual platform usage data. If your account shows minimal or no engagement, the refund will not be approved — the free trial existed for exactly this purpose.

What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

• Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
• Accounts with fewer than 14 completed sessions
• Accounts that never completed a mock test
• Change of mind, schedule conflicts, or deciding not to take the exam
• Purchasing a plan without first using the 7-day free trial
• Requests submitted by email, chat, or any method other than the refund form
• Anki deck purchases (digital goods — non-refundable after download)

Exam Postponed? Freeze Instead.

If your exam date changed or was cancelled, you don't need a refund — you need a freeze.

Email support@prep2go.study with your new exam date and we'll pause your access immediately. Your progress, plan, and data will be waiting when you're ready. This is faster than a refund and keeps your preparation intact.

How to Request a Refund

1. Submit the Refund Request form
2. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
3. Our team reviews your account activity within 3–5 business days
4. We may contact you to understand what happened and offer an alternative (plan freeze, exam switch, extended access)
5. If approved, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Why This Policy Exists

We invest significant resources into AI scoring, exam content, and platform development. The 7-day free trial gives everyone a fair, no-risk way to evaluate the product. The refund policy exists for the rare case where someone genuinely used the platform and it didn't work — not as a way to get free access.
