Daniel: Ótimo. No anúncio vi que a renda é oitocentos euros. É isso?
Dona Fernanda: Olhe, o anúncio está um bocadinho desatualizado. A renda agora é oitocentos e cinquenta euros por mês.
Daniel: Oitocentos e cinquenta... E as despesas estão incluídas?
Dona Fernanda: A água está incluída na renda, mas a luz não está incluída. A luz paga o inquilino.
Daniel: Percebo. Então, a água sim, a luz não.
Dona Fernanda: Exatamente. E diga-me, tem NIF?
Daniel: Sim! Tenho o NIF desde ontem. Fui às Finanças.
Dona Fernanda: Muito bem, isso é importante. Posso marcar uma visita para sábado às dez da manhã?
Daniel: Sábado às dez? Sim, estou livre.
Dona Fernanda: Espere, espere. O meu neto tem futebol às dez. Pode ser às onze?
Daniel: Às onze também é bom para mim.
